SERVICE VISIT
I was initially coming to get new tires, but ended up leaving with a new car. My salesman was Timothy Young, and he is amazing. He explained everything so I could understand, and he had such a wonderful leaving with a new car. My salesman was Timothy Young, and he is amazing. He made sure every step of the way I happy with my experience. I also spoke with Papa, and he made sure we were go as well. If you are looking for a good experience at Hall Honda, ask for Timothy Young, he will make sure you are well taken care of. He also had an intern Emily, she was amazing as well. Tido bulling me is not ok the way he approached me yesterday when I brought me car in for service it was bullying and I was embarrassed Louis service manager it’s not about win or loose it’s about bei yesterday when I brought me car in for service it was bullying and I was embarrassed Louis service manager it’s not about win or loose it’s about being professional I’m not employed nor I’m I your employee I’m a customer that that was harassed/ bullied he approached me being totally disrespectful rude, and bullying behavior should not be tolerated at all, and I’m a women, ladies Tido appears to be nice, but he is not, owner you need to send a little more time in the garage, the terrible behavior needs to stop Tido. Service Manager- Louis I would like you to know first there is not a lose situation here as you should put it I’m not your employee, Tido is so therefore the bullying behavior has to stop, he started yelling/screaming at me I’m not a child, and I like to believe you are a professional person your job is to encourage, and teach, and train so Tido is a bully I bought my car there the same day for a expensive oil change, and my oil change light came on two days later please explain why, it needs to be taken care of immediately, I will continue to let everyone I know make them aware how I was bullied by a complete whole man, I know he would never approach a man the way he approached me, please train your staff.

Tido at Hall Honda is a bully forward women only, he was upset because my brakes were fixed for free giving out false information about Honda/hall, if you want free service go to misleading Tido, he cost Honda I’m pretty sure lots of money now my oil lights on 2 days after being serviced please explain why.

Service Manager Louis you are wrong if you think TIDO bullying a woman is okay, it’s not about win or lose it’s about making sure you teach, and encourage your staff not encouraging bad behavior also making sure ladies can enter into your establishment without being harassed/ bullied by your employe/ TIDO, when he gets upset and another side comes out that shows explosive behavior,I am not your staff I am a customer, ask your self would you like anyone talking like that to a female in your family , please correct TIDO’s behavior it’s not okay at all, minding my own business, and Tido aggressively attacked me with his words totally not called for. Service Manager you have always been professional so I hope you don’t ever let this happen to another lady coming in to get service.

I have not been in communication with Louis at all, we spoke very briefly, and he wanted me to be ok with this bullying behavior so what he said is that it is a lose situation and I’m telling you it’s not ok, would you want a man talking like that to your mother/ wife/daughter.? It’s not ok, and I’m praying you were not taught that behavior that’s not and will never be ok.

SERVICE VISIT
What is the point of setting an appointment when you sit there for over 3 hours. I understand when you are doing certain maintenance but why does it take so long for you to do a state inspection. I waited l there for over 3 hours. I understand when you are doing certain maintenance but why does it take so long for you to do a state inspection. I waited less time when I came in a month ago for an oil change and an alignment then I did for a stat inspection on a day where there wasn’t many people waiting. The maintenance technician told me that my car needed an oil change and that it was at 15%. I was there a month ago car stating I still have 80% the sticker placed in my car last oil change states that I still have 3500 miles left. If it weren’t for the fact that I get my state inspection done for free here I’d never come back here. The advisor I had did a good job but the “master” technician ruined Hall Honda for me. More
